The service was polite and helpful, despite not being able to provide information about the grand palace's opening hours. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the BTS station and MBK, though the internet setup was a bit peculiar offering limited free in-room use compared to unlimited access in the cafe. The dining menu was simple, with variable portion sizes and bland taste unless paying extra. The hotel's facilities were basic, without significant highlights.

The hotel has an identity crisis in terms of room design but offers cutting-edge lobby decor. The room felt like a hostel with only a Thai-influenced bed runner. The location is both good and bad, being very close to shopping areas and the Skytrain but noisy near checked-out rooms. The dining experience was below average for its price range.
